The OMNIA PRO Line Digital is the perfect machine for your daily processing needs.
It is conceived for high quality demands with work widths from 33" to 80".
The Omnia's hit series for large-scale productions and continuous operation at 24 hours on the day, 7 days the week.
It draws out by her high reliability and an absolutely uniform processing. It adapts very well as developing machine for LightJet printers, Lambda or Chromira.
Cover of the feeding table, extra long dryer for large and long Duratrans prints and Split Racks for easy handling are available additional options.

Feeding
As soon as media is fed into the machine, it will start operating automatically. Under the feed table is a tray for large formats and sheets. The media rolls are tightly hold by guide bushings to permit a straight-line travel.

Scanning
The media is scanned every 45 mm by switches. This serves to determine the surface according to the width of the paper and the speed.

Recirculation
The chemistry is continuously circulated by high-performance magnetic pumps to insure uniform processing solutions throughout the tanks. The largest flow tubes and evacuation parts of any processor provide excellent D-MAX and superb processing results.

Racks
The transport system is trouble-free because there are no parts that require adjustment. All parts and rollers are standard, which means a total exchangeability. Several rolls can be developed side by side because the straight-lineness avoid any paper crossing. Long life materials reduce constant need for replacement.

Temperature
The temperature is regulated by a continuous flow heater with a precision of ± 0,1°C (equipped with a safety thermostat).

Operations center
The keypad has all necessary function keys provided, with temperatures aims and actual temperatures and the replenishment triggers. It has an integrated time clock, that is very simple to use. All functions are adjustable, e.g. bath temperatures - dosing time of the individual replenishment stop times. Also the Duratrans conversion, drying control, three different speeds are menu driven.

Filtration
The filter housings use standard 10" filter cartridges. The washable omnia cloth filters are especially suited.

Dryer
In the dryer, the paper is carefully transported by means of foam rubber rings made of silicone. The infrared radiators are finely adjustable, so that only very little energy is needed to perfectly dry the prints. The dryer operates efficient and so quietly that you can barely hear the machine.

Flooding
A solenoid valve responds when the transport is running controls the water flow. An overflow watering system keeps water consumption to a minimum.

Control section
The control section is designed to be compact, clearly arranged and equipped with an embedded system.
